Decked out in his very best, this musketeer nutcracker has feathers on his cap and metal buttons on his belt and shoes. His designer coat has shoulder pads and pleated sleeves. The coattails form the lever to open his white bearded jaw. A sword at his waist, he is ready to defend the home against evil and danger. His white pantaloons have gray textured cuffs. An Expertic label from GDR on the base indicates he was made in East Germany after World War II. This vintage nutcracker is a decorative item, not recommended for cracking nuts.
