Upholstered in rich brown leather on the generous seat and high back, this Louis XV armchair is sleek and inviting. The leather is secured with nailhead trim. Carved with acanthus leaves at the front and back, the arms terminate in gracefully scrolled grips. The legs are turned and united by an H stretcher. A front stretcher beautifully carved with foliage joins the front legs, which terminate in paw feet. The seat height is 19 inches.
