Impressive frame work on this set of six walnut chairs includes slanted, dentil pattern crest rails with scrolled back ears; turned spindles between the mid and lower chair back rails; and fluted, turned legs united by H stretchers. The green upholstery, which is newer than the the frames, is secured by nailhead trim. The height of the seats is 19 inches.
