The use of apposing wood grain on the door fronts plays with light at different viewing angles. The mirror in the center front of the cabinet, lightens the look of an otherwise hefty item. The piece breaks down into six parts for easier moving and is held together with large wooden, hand-carved bolts, that are a work of craftsmanship in their own right.
