Beautiful from every angle, this oak desk features elaborate carvings and a pebble grain leather top. Three drawers at the front of the desk and three faux drawers at the back are carved with opposing branches that intersect to form the drawer pulls. Canted corners over turned and fluted legs are embellished with acanthus leaves. The legs are joined by U-shaped stretchers connected to a fluted center stretcher with acanthus leaf cups. A large finial crowns the center stretcher.
Condition: Consistent with age and use. Newer leather. Two small repair pieces on the table's top. See photo.
