Crafted in France in the late-19th century, this handsome coffee table features oak construction and carvings consistent with hunt style furniture. The table's oval top is beveled with a carved pattern at the edge. A large, carved pedestal base is supported by legs that feature fruit breathing lions, symbolic of power and prosperity. Raised on small casters, the table has a height slightly over two feet tall.
