Made of hammered copper, this fish poacher has a rich, metallic luster. Its iron handle is attached to the poacher by brass grommets. A rolled, top edge gives it a nicely finished look. In days gone by, the catch of the day was poached in this pan over a fire. Today the poacher makes a lovely jardiniere for plants.
