Intricate lattice work in walnut forms the sides of this beautiful cradle on a stand. Two different types of flowers alternate along the top rim of the basket. At the top of each post rests a sea shell. The two posts are supported by three feet which are carved with Acanthus leaves. A stretcher also carved with flowers and leaves connects the two posts.
