This colorful stein commemorates the 1909 to 1911 service of the Third Bayeritches Pioneer Battalion, Second Company from Ingolstadt, Germany, which built and repaired German railroads. A pewter lid with a locomotive finial and a lion thumb lift caps the stein. Finish your beer, and you will see a lithophane at the bottom of the stein. The mouth of the stein is 3.25 inches in diameter.
