Featuring a dark, rich stain and classic bentwood construction, two unique things stand out on this ram's horn sled: the unusual, turned crossbar at the front and the thickness of the metal on the runner glides. The sled's seat has a height of 11 inches and is comprised of two slats, secured to the frame by cross rails. Ram's horn sleds, known as "Grindelwalders," were first developed in Grindelwald, Switzerland. The horns provide a better grip while riding upright than earlier sleds.
