The Green Man, a pagan deity of vegetation or rebirth, is the predominate motif on this hunt desk. Each of the ten drawer pulls and front corners feature his face peering from foliage. Barley twist legs united by turned side pieces and a barley twist stretcher support the desk. The desk top is inset with leather and is 29 inches high. It supports an upper portion of five drawers with a decorative backboard. Original key included.
