Casting a cheery glow about the room without lighting a match, the brass on this oil lamp really shines! The lamp was manufactured by Lemperuer & Bernard, also known as L & B, of Belgium. An urn shaped, pedestal base with pierced, six petal flowers bears the trademark "Masque Deposee L & B." A pierced chimney holder supports the 10.5 inch glass chimney. The wick raising knob appears to have been replaced with a Hasag knob from Germany. The lamp has not been tested for use.
