With dovetail construction and beautiful two-tone inlays, this dome-top trunk is crafted from oak and inscribed with the year 1859 and a name that has faded over time. The dome top lifts on long, internal, iron hinges to generous storage and a small box with a drawer beneath at the right side. Iron side handles are secured to the trunk over embossed diamond-shaped plates. Raised on ogee bracket feet, the trunk stands 31.5 inches tall.
