Designed to be left with the drop leaf closed while not in use, the interior and exterior of this oak secretary desk is in excellent condition. The interior of the top gallery contains a central drawer surrounded by cubbyholes for organization and storage. Below the drop door, a drawer with two brass handles extends the length of the desk. Above the drop door, the top section consists of a shelf on turned risers with a decorative backboard. The desk legs are turned with wide fluted lines.
