With a top generously crafted from two inch, quartersawn oak, this table boasts of quality and stability. It's clean, sharp lines are softened by a bit of rounding at the corners. The top is raised on flat shaped legs united by short, flat stretchers at each end. Designed so that the trestle appears to have tusk tenon joinery, the joinery is actually attached to the table's legs. This is a vintage item, not an antique.
