This canoe has been turned into a functional bookcase. The shelves are graduated from the tip of the canoe to the floor. Scalloped shelf aprons are attached to the bottom of the shelves. The top shelf is made of rawhide webbing wrapped around a wood frame. This is a repurposed item, not an antique.
