With classic bentwood construction, this sled features metal glides on wooden runners that terminate in curled ram's horns. The horns provided a better grip while riding upright than earlier sleds. Three slats with wooden cross rails form the seat, which has a height of 9.75 inches. The front cross rail was replaced with a newer piece of wood. Ram's horn sleds, known as "Grindelwalders," were first developed in Grindelwald, Switzerland. Not recommended for sledding due to age.
